These terms govern your use of SkillHenry ("the Service"), a tool that helps independent tradespeople decide what to do with an item or opportunity — act on it, route it, or leave it.
SkillHenry provides judgments, value ranges, and suggestions for informational purposes only. Estimates are best-effort and are not appraisals, guarantees, or financial advice. Every decision to buy, sell, trade, route, or pass is yours.
Henry's verdicts and estimated ranges may be wrong. We do not warrant that any verdict is accurate or that acting on it will be profitable. You accept full responsibility for your decisions and their results.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate. You may cancel at any time; see our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Do not use the Service unlawfully, do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and do not resell access without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, SkillHenry is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
